Pumpkin Party

So now on to happier times in our life.. hope all the stress is gone for a while. We have great neighbors where we live now. We had a pre-halloween pumpkin carving party it was lots of fun.

My Heart sank

We  finally get the time to go meet with some of our friends in Anchorage and so we  go down for a nice dinner. While we were there I noticed sis had a fever so we gave her Tylenol and she played and was happy all night. When we got home I was holding her so we could let the horses ( dogs) out to potty and she let out a horrible scream. I thought the dogs scared her so I just hugged her and told her it was ok well she stopped making any noise so I lean her back to see her face and I noticed she was having a seizure ;''(( I freak out big time. I screamed and gave her to Will and her comforted her while I called 911. I was trying to stay calm  but that just was not going to happen. Poor Landyn didnt know what was going on he is asking whats wrong and I couldnt answer becasue I didnt know. I was crying and pacing the floor and probably making it worse on him, but what can you do when you see that. I had to call my neighbor to see if she could watch the boys so I could go to the hospital with her. I took them over and waited what seemed like forever on the ambulance to get there. The guys was moving so slow too I just wanted to smack him, but I know they know their job. She got al loaded up and I am a mess driving to the hospital. When we got there she was doing better. The doctors gave her medicine because she had a fever of 104.9 so once that came down she was all better. The doctors said the seizure was caused from her fever spiking so fast. It was her bodys way of adjusting to the temperature change. We stayed there for a couple hours then we were sent home. Not like either one of us slept all night. I know I watched her all night to be sure she was ok. I guess this happens often in kids and can happen until age 6 ... yayyy NOT I hope it never happens again. I am so thankful for my wonderful husband. I told him he did a great job staying calm during her seizure and he told me he was scared to death Which you couldnt tell because he was so brave. He said he was scared his baby girl was dying. I think at the point we both were thinking that. There is no picture with this post because I think the story paints a picture well. I also wanted to let everyone know what we have been dealing with. I wake up everyday and I am so thankful for my babies and my husband I never want to take them for granted.

ahhhh what do I do with my day .. I get to watch these silly kids. They are a blast when they are not fighting. These 2 are best buddies. She loves hanging out with her bubba.

Family Pictures

Since it is way to hard for me to do them myself right now. I got my friend who did the birth pictures to take them for me. After getting canceled from the wind being so bad the first attempt we finally found a few places to do them and got them the next weekend. All I can say is MY FAMILY LOL she took so many pictures but its hard to get many good ones with a large group either someone was looking here or there or crying.. oh and the wind :) But I love them anyway. Sis decided she loved the pumpkins so they are in all her solo pictures :)

Back to normal a little ?!?!?!?

Now that everyone is back home and healthy we are still trying to get into a routine that involves 3 kids. Its a little crazy around here pretty much all day but I love my little kiddos. I am trying to get out and about with the 2 little ones somedays it is very hard though trying to lug these 2 around :) My trick is to not to go anywhere that doesnt have shopping carts and make sure I park right by one. Glad I have my Lan-Dino( Landyn) to help me he is a big help even when I know he doesnt want to. This is my lil man all dressed to head out and about!

Miss my baby

So she got airlifted to the Childrens Hospital which was so scary for me since I couldnt be there to comfort her glad her daddy was though. After being poked and proded on she finally got to rest. I got up early the next morning and headed right down. I wanted to sneak her out of there but I couldnt. After 2 days in the PICU and 1 day in regular room she finally got to come home.

My sick baby girl :((

So little Wyatt is 1 week old and sis gets croup. We tried to wait for her appointment with her doctor the next morning but she just wasnt doing good so her rushed her to the ER:( I had to drop little man off with the sitter and go to class for a minute. Finally I got there and she seemed better well they said she would have to stay for a while. So I kissed and lovd on her then I had to leave to go feed lil man.

Well when I was home they decided to admit her  for a while longer to see if her breathing got better. So that sucked big time:( I wanted my girl . I got to go back to take them some things they needed. She was so cute laying n her bed. She was still sounding kinda ruff with her breathing but not too bad or so I thought.

 

Later that night when I got home with the boys Will called and said they were sending her to the Childrend Hospital:( She was pretty sick.

New life

So we now have a new life we have a newborn a toddler and a big boy to care for. This isnt going to be easy.So fa so good and lil man is almost a week old. I was laying on the floor with him soaking in some sun light to help with jaundice.

So after trying for 24hrs to get my labor to start I had to go to the hospital because we just couldnt get it going and the risk of infection increases So here we go to get some pitocin :(( I was not to thrilled about dealing with the contractions from pitocin ouch!!! Its time to push!! My baby boy comes out with his cord wrapped tight around his neck. He was a blue little smurf but after some stimulation he was good to go.He is so beautiful 7lbs 7.6ozs 18 1/2 inches long. Birth pictures are by  Heather/ HCO photography.

Its Go Time !!!

I went to work at 4am made it home at noon. Me and my honey were cleaning away on the house. I was scrubbing the floors and my water broke. Its kinda weird I was doing something on the floor when my water broke with sis too. So I called my midwife (<3 her) she told us to just hang out until the contractions were about 10 mins apart. Well they were about 7 mins apart when we decided to go in because they were not painful so I wasnt sure when to go. When we got there I got to get in the tub and relax while trying to get contactions going. And we began waiting ....... and waiting .... and took some castor oil :(.... and pooping and waiting lol.... waiting some more..... did a bunch of other stuff to try to get going and nothing. But before we left home we got one last picture of the big belly !!

Helping Daddy

My lil princess is so smart and loves to do things on her own. She saw daddy feeding the dogs so she decided to help him. She would pick the food up and throw it hard lol most of it went on the floor but she felt like she was helping.
